Holly Sherman, B.A., LL.B., J.D.
Executive Director

Holly brings a diverse background in psychology and law to The Haven at College with an undergraduate degree from Vassar and law degrees from The London School of Economics and the University of Texas. After several years working as a journalist and mediator, she served as Program Manager and Marketing Director of an upscale sober living in Southern California for 2 years and has free-lanced as a marketing and program consultant for several other Los Angeles sober livings. While in Houston, Holly worked as Director of Peer Mediation for Alternative Schools at the Frank G. Evans Center for Dispute Resolution and was a volunteer at the Texas Empowerment Network, an organization assisting at-risk teens. Holly is “out” in her declaration of gratitude for her long-term recovery.
Sharon Weber B.A., M.A.
Executive Outreach Director

Sharon is a passionate brand champion with more than 35 years of marketing experience and a strong background in business strategy. She has launched global and national brands for Fortune 500 companies including Unilever, Nestle, Kellogg’s and Mattel. Sharon has held senior management positions in New York, Los Angeles, and Tokyo-based communications companies, including J. Walter Thompson, Lintas and Jack Morton Worldwide. Sharon serves as a Regional Volunteer for The Betty Ford Center and is Secretary of the Executive Board for Young People in Recovery. She also serves on Hazelden’s Youth Advisory Committee.
Harry L. Haroutunian, M.D.
Consulting Physician Director

Dr. Harry L. Haroutunian, known by his patients as “Dr. Harry”, has been the Physician Director of The Betty Ford Center for over a decade and is an internationally known speaker on a wide range of addiction-oriented topics. He developed the “Recovery 101” lecture series, covering topics such as Addiction Medicine, Recovery Issues, Communication Skills, Spirituality, and Relapse Prevention, and is the author of Being Sober: A Step-by-Step Guide to Getting To, Getting Through, and Living in Recovery. Dr. Harry practiced medicine in Vermont for more than 30 years, and is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine.
Chris Weber, B.S., CADC-II
Program Director

Chris Weber, CADC-II, is a certified counselor with nearly 15 years experience working with young people with substance use issues. Prior to joining The Haven, Chris was IOP Coordinator at Promises, a large young adult program in West Los Angeles, where he developed programming, facilitated group therapy, and provided counseling and case management to clients. Chris is passionate and committed to helping young people find recovery from substance abuse. In 12-step recovery himself, Chris brings a personalized, motivation-enhancing approach to treatment. His focus is helping clients nurture and utilize personal strengths to strengthen their recovery.
Joseph Dubois, B.A, M.A.
Program Development and Compliance Consultant

Joseph has worked in the treatment field for over eight years in a variety of key professional roles. He is currently the Clinical Director at Bella Monte Recovery Center, a residential treatment facility in Desert Hot Springs, and is the Clinical Director for Dr. Harry Haroutunian’s private practice. Joseph served for six years as the Clinical Director of Day Treatment, the Director of the Clinical Diagnostic Evaluation Program, and Director of the Professional Program at The Betty Ford Center. Joseph has been cited and published as an expert on the treatment of addiction within safety-sensitive professions and other special populations.
Mandy Neeble, Ph.D.
Primary Therapist

Dr. Mandy Neeble is a licensed clinical psychologist who prides herself on being a hands-on leader, often interacting with clients during the course of treatment and taking personal satisfaction in hearing about their progress. As a therapist at the Haven Outpatient Center, Dr. Mandy draws upon her extensive background as a psychologist, providing individual therapy, group therapy, crisis counseling, forensic evaluations, and diagnostic testing. Dr. Mandy¹s unique background includes a strong forensic basis, having worked at Twin Towers County Jail in Los Angeles, Chino State Prison, and California Youth Authority.
Sue Dritsas, M.A., LMFT
Primary Therapist

Sue is a licensed marriage and family therapist specializing in substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. With more than 25 years in the field, Sue’s broad experience encompasses the treatment of addiction utilizing a holistic approach. As a clinician, Sue works with others to build a stronger sense of self through self-awareness, reflection, and in strengthening effective coping skills. Prior to joining the team, Sue worked as an alcohol and drug counselor/educator at UCSB. Sue received her B.A. in Psychology at Michigan State University and went on to obtain her M.A. in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University.
Colleen Young, M.A., LMFT
Primary Therapist

Colleen is a licensed marriage and family therapist and life coach who is passionate about collegiate recovery and committed to helping others grow and realize their highest potential. Colleen earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master's in Counseling at California Baptist University in Riverside, CA. In addition to teaching in the graduate and undergraduate psychology programs at CBU, she has over 12 years of clinical counseling experience working with college students. She has a broad knowledge and understanding of the needs and issues college students face.
Amy Van Landingham, B.A.
Program Operations and Mentoring & Monitoring Coordinator

Amy joins the Haven with years of experience working with substance abuse treatment centers, including Promises and Caron, in roles ranging from Residential Technician to outreach, program and workshop coordination and event management support. An honors graduate from UCLA, Amy also serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors for Dristi Nepal, a non-profit dedicated to improving the lives of girls and women in Nepal.
Sophie Pyne, B.A.
Administrative Coordinator and Peer Mentor

Sophie is a recent graduate of USC and an alumna of The Haven at USC, where she lived during her senior year while completing her B.A. in Psychology. In addition to serving as the Administrative Coordinator, Sophie is a Community Leader and House Manager for The Haven at USC.
Eric Weber, B.S., M.B.A.
Chief Financial Officer

Eric has been the General Manager and President of both large and small organizations such as Nestle, Mattel, A.T. Cross Pens, Nakajima (Sanrio-Hello Kitty), and PetPlay including two restructurings and three startups. Eric’s expertise is in business planning and implementation. He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science from Claremont McKenna College.
